Locked out?    What are we talking about?

I've not had any problems posting here.

yeah, but after 25 posts they paddle our backsides and teach us a secret handshake and recognition signs.

I still can't sit and it's been what, 2 hours now!  :D

Paul

If you look long enough, you are bound to find a prototype for what you desire to model on your layout.

(And, before you object, I will (lie and) claim you guys let me in here to meet your government quota for members that are nearly normal.  :D)

Sometimes the more inane the better...

C'mon, you guys had no problem dragging the 0-8-0 thread out to 50 pages... surely you can find something to talk about for 25 posts.

Ok, let's chat.   I should be able to do 25 just talking to myself...(old joke).

How come, I'm not showing as "Crew" and the majority of participants here...outside of us newbies is marked "Crew"?     What I don't  deserve a title of say Crossing Guard, Gandy Dancer,  Pin Puller. Brakeman,  Turnout Man, (huunh I thought that was SwitchMan, darn model railroaders), Yard Herder, Maintainer, Head of the heads and/or Ticket Agent.

Crew?    Let me guess Moderators...right!

If such be the case and with your sense of humor, I can tell we are in for some good old fashioned fun.

Me thinks I might like it here. ;)

You probably will .. self deprecating humor and not taking things too seriously while doing good modeling (or trying to get better) are the only requirements for membership ..

I like the requirements but getting better at it...oh gosh...to late.    At my age?

Crew? Not moderators phew, for a minute or two I thought big brother was watching.   :RUEffinKiddingMe:

As I understand it, the "Crew" designation is not tied into post count or anything else; it appears to have been a designation for a no-longer-existing subgroup. At least that's how Virtual Tom 'splained it to me. But I could be wrong; I usually am.

Regardless, welcome to the Railwire, one and all. John has summed it up very well:

Hi everyone my name is Joe and I am a.....oops sorry wrong group. I live in Wi. and I am originally from Baltimore. I am interested in modeling the WSOR based in Horicon area, but not 100% prototypical. my helpers will be my grandchildren and my gf, she has an artistic eye. As of now the trainroom is storage, but that is changing ever so slowly.

Welcome Lemosteam love your work on all those Pennsy  engines

pennsyfan1361- Sorry I forgot to thank you for the kind recognition.  Been kinda out of it for a while here now.  Not sure where to start on RW.  Don't feel like re-hashing all of my prior projects and simply have nothing new going on right now....
