   Wathers has announced a great Twin Cities Hiawatha Train  ,HO of course, but here is the kicker. To go along with it a series of Milwaukee,Wis area rail buildings, a great looking condensed version of the Passenger Station and the Train Shed . Very nice but HO of course. I want one ,I want one, but in N of Course. Will we ever see one. Naw ! I don't think so at least not in my life time. Hey! we are just starting to get all the nice Walthers passenger cars and that production won't ramp up if ever to give us most of the HO cars in N in the next two to three years. Sort of on the same note, it has been surmised (whether correct or not) a few times that Wathers may have been the reason behind the poor EB offering from Kato.  Now with these new passenger cars coming out, are we to buy the GN cars under the assumption that this could be part of a complete set?  Or is this just going to end up most manufactures attempts at passenger cars where we get two or three models and the "There just wasn't enough sales" speech?

Oh yeah, I want a Hiawatha in plastic too.

I dunno, Walthers is very Milwaukee Centric  - always has been. It would'nt surprise me if they did it eventually. After they get their feet wet in N, so to speak (hey, there's money to be made!)

Walthers made that UP depot , so there is already wet feet , maybe they will do a double gainer for you Nate .

They are doing re-realeases on the Cornerstone Structures that were bringing top dollar on ebay. Maybe there is a shift to the N side at Walthers
