Still I saw a K Class Steam loco Sunday  on the main line, it was moving too fast for me to race inside and get my camera - bummer ;D

Maybe it's just not weathered yet, but that yellow looks really bright, and the blue a little on the dark side.

I think the blinding yellow is just from the camera flash.  Every light colored item in the picture is suffering from over exposure.

Great work.  It should look fantastic once decals are done.

Yeah the camera flash sorta dazzled everything, here's a better shot with some decals on. I still have to add drop steps, grabs, horn, windscreen wipers,side window frames, glass and finish the fuel tank and a air hose front and rear and couplers then weathering.

Just arrived in from Grant Eastman - new fret should help finish this in the next week or two. All the way from Canada to NZ around 7662  mile trip one way  ;D ;D ;D

Started applying the fret details and decalled - needs more microsol. Excuse the dark picture, I over compensated for the flash.
