Ian is right.  I was just about to post a thread on removing the mold lines from z scale couplers for macro photography. ;D

If any of the 999,910+ are like me, then they are here mostly to:

  • learn about fine modelling and faithful scale reproduction
  • learn about railroding in general
  • admire some great work through photos
  • possibly find deals on some used equipment

I enjoy and appreciate fine modelling, but it's not something on which I'm in a postion to spend large amounts of time and money. For better or worse that puts me more in line with the RTR crowd (I do enjoy "running trains".) I'm sure at some point I'll start working on a scenic chunk of the L&N, or perhaps an ore dock w/ lake freighter, but until then I'm living vicariously. Thanks. Really!

If you're like me, you're here to avoid doing any real work, poke fun at Ed, scratch your head in bewilderment everytime John tears down his layout, and wonder what Tom will come up with next.

You'll also wontonly include pointless photos in your postings, whether they're related or not...

Ian is right.  I was just about to post a thread on removing the mold lines from z scale couplers for macro photography. ;D

Post that at the Canon website where someone cares! ;D

Maybe I will include it along with my casting true scale N scale leaves.

Thats not even funny.

But I did just realize one more reason.

No ads if you log in as a registered user!

I was checking in on my wife's mac, and I saw all the amazon ads that I'd never seen before. Then I realized I wasn't logged in, that's why!

So if you yearn for an ad free existence, login and post!
