I am late starting this today, but spent the day dividing my Railimages account into three albums, prototype, model railroads, and individual models. Back to Jamaica this week. Some local trains pulled by English Electric switchers pulling dead Metro-Cammell RDC's:





How about that small turntable in front of the engine shed??

3rd Rail, thanks for the Jamaican pics as promised. Some (published) pics from a very good friend of mine - people will notice a similarity in the first pic to 3rd Rail's contribution....

One of ten English Electric shunters (switchers) built in Brisbane QLD and delivered to and used by the South Australian Railways and their antecedents until the early 1990s.
 

A March 1985 view of an Alco 'World' series on the Adelaide to Melbourne main line


Three Alco DL531 model export series branchliners on the 3'6" Eyre Peninsula network in South Australia smoke it up after picking up a train order at Wanilla.
