All of this is completely gone now.  Well, except the Junior Brakeman.

The Intermountain PS 5277cf boxcar looks the closest, just going by the side views. The door would have to be changed.

Actually, not really. The Pullman-Standard 5344 cuft boxcar (which the prototype and the Athearn car is) has a very unique rounded roof line. No other car is quite like it. The Intermountain car shares the same sill line, as it's also a P-S car, but the roof line of the 5344 is very distinct.

By the looks of that frog , the inside wheel may be totally flangless , which would mean the outside wheel would need to be flanged on both sides .

Actually, you've got it right. That car has double flanged wheels on the left side, while the other car has the double flanged wheels on the right side. The opposite wheels are "blind" or flangeless. Same as at the Lookout Mountain Incline Railway in Chattanooga, TN.

I was up in Tullahoma, TN the other day and, as usual, I took a drive down Atlantic Ave., which paralells the CSX main thru downtown and has plenty of free parking next to the track and even has some restaurants and a few bars facing the tracks - a railfanners paradise!

I found this southbound doubleheaded autorack train sitting in the pocket waiting for a northbound freight. It originated in Detroit and had just left the Nissan plant in Smyrna, TN on its way to Atlanta and then on to Florida.

The second unit, CSX 5259, an ES44DC:



A little further south on Atlantic was this smaller mixed freight, also in the pocket waiting on the northbound freight.

CSX 2609, a GP38-2, in need of a paint job:



And here is what everyone was holding for - a northbound freight headed by two UP locos and two lease units (HCLX) pulling a string of grain hoppers, tankers of sodium chlorate, carbon hoppers and a few boxcars:

Here is some shots I took last year at Mt-Pilatus in Switzerland . This is # 1 incline cog railway in the Guinness Record at 42 % !!
This is an electric cog railway with catenary .
