Interesting.  I downloaded it just now, and all I got was the first page!  Adobe Reader didn't show any sign of anything else in it.

Oddly, I can read the whole file, 42 pages, on Google, without logging in.  Why it wouldn't download right I have no idea, but since I don't model the Reading, or have any need for an AS16 (BN didn't own any!), I won't worry about it.  If others can download, that's all that matters.

Did you use the download icon in the upper right corner? I was surprised by similar behavior, too, when I went to save the file directly from the browser. Whatever is going on here (Google? The original file?) encapsulates PDFs as HTML, and you have to use the specific download tool if you want to store the file locally.

Third time is the charm?

No luck.  It has to be my Adobe Reader, as I've tried saving it both through the original download icon, and from the Railwire attachment, and all I get is the first page.   I tried an online PDF viewer, and my downloaded file opens fine.

As I said, if others can get it to work, all is well, and I won't worry about it.

I also tried installing a new version of Acrobat Reader.  The first thing it told me was that I had to uninstall "ANY version of Adobe Acrobat with perpetual license".  I've never had the reader demand that I uninstall Acrobat itself, and that's as far as I went!
