Unitrak turnout question

I came into possession of some Unitrak #6 turnouts that appear to be of an earlier vintage.

I see the newer #4 has screws to switch the turnout to be power routing.  Is there a way to adjust the older one as such?  If not, is there a recommended practice?

I want to build a yard module for DC use, and I'd like to be able to isolate the departure track without a lot of fuss.
Thanks
Lee

If I recall correctly, they are power routing by default.
