I am going to try calling Kato, since they don't seem to have a U.S. e-mail.  They only accept calls between 2 and 4 pm on weekdays, so I'll let you know how that goes, once I can arrange to be where I can make the call during that time frame.

That's really weird (and their "new" website is not very friendly).  Seems like an anachronism for a company to just have phone number listed. Nowadays most companies shay away from a live phone contact, preferring written communications (like email, or a "contact" form to fill out on the website).  And the 2-hour time window also seems overly restrictive.  I don't even know if they are in the Eastern or Central timezone.

They used to have email address listed.  Digging through my old email communications with them I found kato@katousa.com .  It probably still works.

John,  That looks like the connector that I want, but I can't tell from the listing if it is the "big" or "mini" version.  And, that particular listing is for 1 wired set, for $5.  I am looking for unwired, bulk female connectors that should be more like $1 apiece.

Peteski, Thanks for the e-mail address for KatoUSA - i am going to give it a try this morning.

Edit:  Well, so much for that - got the following response when sending my e-mail to kato@katoUSA.com:

"This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.

Delivery to the following recipients failed permanently:

   * kato@katousa.com

Reason: katousa.com has rejected your message. Message ID: zIcWph5a9YUPRzIcWprCdP."

I will let you know how the telephone approach works as soon as I have the time to attempt it.
