Cool gas station says "model me"

Found this old pic today on Facebook of an old gas station in Youngstown Ohio.


It is right across the street from Erie's Brier Hill yard and engine facility. If you look the place now on a map you can still see how the road used to go out around the Erie roundhouse:


This is what it looks like now:


And now Rt 422 goes right through what was the roundhouse. The turntable is still there in sad shape.

The gas station doesn't look like it'd be too hard of a kitbashing project. The bar across the street from it looks like an interesting building too.

At least the building still exists.  Looks like a perfect period piece for your preferred era.
