Scale Trains is apparently doing something called "Scale Trains Road Trip"
I thought it was interesting that I hadn't seen any mention from other areas of the Country.
Scale Trains reps will be in the Olympia, WA area tomorrow (Thursday August 4th at 7PM), hosted by the Olympia Model Railroad Society (OMRS)
According to the flyer;
See SCALETRAINS' latest models
Meet the SCALETRAINS' team
Hear the amazing SCALETRAINS' story
Learn how model trains are made
Q&A
Gift bags plus giveaways
And more...

They started it last year I think. They have already done trips (or doing them now) to the Pacific NW, California and the SW, SE (local to them), and Midwest. Last I saw, they are doing the NE and east coast in 2023.

They have a pickup and RV trailer that they tow around, visiting various sites, museums, and model railroad clubs. They have a facebook page and a website to see progress, photos, announcements to meet and greet locations, and even to put suggestions.

Here is the link to their web page that shows where they have been, and where they are going.  https://www.scaletrains.com/roadtrip

I went to their first one in Rossville, IL and Shane went over the history of the company and how they do things. The question time allows for many answers to why they can’t do some things for business reasons. I also attended the one in Orlando FL when I was down there to visit my son. The program was similar. I is good for management to be pout seeing what is important to their customers.
