This is a GE Dash 9 engine model produced by a friend of mine, Yagachan who made BNSF loco shop in the last year.
He created 3D data with some pictures plus his imagination and asked a 3D supplier to print the model, then painted it and decaled.
 
For your reference added his photo.

Thanks for your interest in this model.
I found he would not sell both of 3D data and the model itself as he made this one just for his own pleasure.
