Recent? I need to touch base with them and have received no replies, either e-mail or text.

They have a nice website, well-maintained, but the last activity on their FB account was early last year. I hope it's not a zombie.

Thanks, John. But it's a "never mind" right now. I solved my need through Hatton's, which should have been my go-to in the first place. Just wanted to encourage a US-based retailer.

Two weeks later, no response to e-mail or text inquiries. I guess they're (he's) a show-only kinda vendor. I'm writing-off the paid-for ($70, PayPal) online order from 7 months ago as a learning experience. Not worth my time to hassle it, especially since not responding seems to be the gambit here.

I'll just take what little satisfaction I can get from giving them a 1-star review on The Railwire. ;)
