Great Northern's bridges in Minneapolis, likely WPSX coal hoppers probably bound for Dairyland or Columbia in Wisconsin (per my brother, big thanks!) Probably waiting at a signal, trains often sit there but I'm not familiar enough to confirm. Nice spot for the crews to wait however!

I caught a video drive-by of a WPSX westbound in a local yard last weekend, similar hoppers and colors. Wonder if it was same train or just a similar pool? This train didn't move before break ended so I couldn't compare my video to a roll by for patterns, and my brother wouldn't leave his work to try to cut it off at Prescot
