Overscale HO (ish) F or E units ?

I am wondering if any manufacturer ever made F or E units that are overscale, as regards height and width. As in, inching up closer to 4mm scale.

I'm told Fleischmann were notorious for this, but unsure they did an F or E unit.  I'm not interested in the Triang unit ... its an abomination ;)

Cheers, Ben

Ben
I am not aware of any oversized HO F units.
After the Varney, Gilbert and Marx F3 units everyone pretty much did direct copies of the Globe/Athearn F7.   Fleischman, Marklin, Revell, Penn Line, Cary, Cox and Bachmann are all about the same size.  The Atlas/Rocco FP was a tad undersized IIRC.  All the “modern” Fs ( Stewart, Genesis, BLI, MTH, IM) are scale and have decent nose contours.
I think somebody on Shapeways is offering a 4mm Scale F7 (??)

Thanks Charlie. I will do a hunt for the HO one but think that may be an FA1.   Ben
