Kato new releases. Santa fe

Hello everybody, I’ve been looking forward to the Kato release of the Santa Fe yellow bonnets. According to their website they were going to be released this summer. Now looking at the website it appears that model number 176–2125 and model number 176–2212, the F7A and B unit have already been released. Does anybody know if this is the case?

Not sure where on the website you are looking- here is what I found....

The Yellowbonnets have different numbers than the ones you note (maybe you were looking at a previous release?)  176-2140 and 176-2215 (at least, that is what I find when I look up their current releases).  They show the DC models as coming in July, and the DCC and sound equipped coming in August.

I guess that was my question. I didn’t know there was a previous release. Does anyone know when they were released? I’d like to get my hanbs on a set.

I think i answered my own question. Looks like they were released in 2013. If anyone has a set they want to sell...

Why not just wait for the next release that ships next month?

The new ones are a different variation on the yellowbonnet; Blue pilot, outline herald.
