Changing Factory Sound Files?

Wondering if the new Atlas sound equipped locos can have their prime mover files changed? I do not have a Lok Programmer, so would have to send it out.

I'm building a couple of de turboed GP20's and was thinking of getting an Atlas factory equipped sound unit to put my shells on, but the factory prime mover would be incorrect.

Thanks, Doug

If you are talking about Atlas' recent N-scale sound-equipped chassis, yes, they can.  Atlas uses a standard LokSound Select in these units, and it can be reprogrammed with any sound file you want.  Put an EMD 710  in there, if you want :)
