Where do you guys mail order Smooth-On from?

I've always ordered it right from Smooth-On.

Good idea to switch from the Micro Mark stuff--it's very low qualiy, IMO.

Right from Smooth-On for  the freshest possible batch.
The trial size is the smallest one available and even though I use the gas blanket spray I end up with about 90% going bad on me. I use very little and I have to trash it when it goes bad.  I wish they sold it in about quarter size of the trial size.

You mean mold release? I have never used that before with Alumilite or MircoMark.

No, I think the product name is X-tend it, which helps lengthen the shelf life of the resin.  I recommend it for part A.  Part B doesn't seem to go bad, or part A will go bad long before part B ever does.

Smooth-On does have local distributors too, if you only want a small quantity.

Done that . But still the trial size is the smallest quantity you can get.  Way too much for my needs. And often the local distrubutor has it shipped from the headquarters anyway.

They are a Smooth-On distributor and you can avoid hazmat delivery charges if you live close by.

The location in Boston is pretty interesting. They have a full storefront and deliver a lot of product to movie sets here.
