Yes read that article but didn't like the plan because it was too roundy round. The real LAJ is just spurs going from yards to Switch Leads, i.e. just switching. Will also have The Santa Fe Malabar yard for staging. Also will have their Vernon Team because of all the "shapes" traffic handled. It's also right next to LAJ's Fruitland Team which handles grains & flour in covered hoppers & airslide hoppers. Use 2675 Fruitland Ave 90058 to see it in Bing, Google &/or historicaerials.com. Both teams occupy about one city block so it's easy to model w/o too much selective compression. Mine takes up 2' x 8'.
