Child boards
« on: December 12, 2017, 06:35:17 AM »
Can we please call them literally anything else?

Sub-Boards?
Specialty Boards?
Specific Topics?

Child boards sounds so ineloquent.

You got it - renamed to 'Appurtenant Boards'

edit: I'll rename it to 'Sub Boards' when the joke dies down

Tom, I'm curious: was Child Board a default name assigned in the forum's software, or did you name them?

Yes, it was the default name in the English language file.

Should we have our own board for naming boards?

Being dyslexic, that wouldn't be hard.

Still, less embarrassing that having to pronounce "Albemarle road" on the radio.
