My mind isn't what it use to be. 

Northern Lines Limited should be...  Northern Line Layers, which later became..  SPCX (Qwest Communications Corp.)

NLLX 5600 ...  NLLX 2100

And, the fuel tank or what is left of it, was filled with cement...

And will the Real "Clyde", please stand up!
