A photo album, basically. RPM is 95% HO, but N scale made a good showing this year.

Intermountain showing SD40-2s:

ScaleTrains.com showing the new GEVO:

(Other two in the GEVO thread.)

ScaleTrains.com carbon black cars:

Our very own @MRLX1020 had an impressive model display:

Robyn at a one-on-one weathering clinic. She also attended an airbrushing clinic and another weathering talk by Michael Gross:

Railwire friends:

Robyn, Mike @C855B, Justin @MRLX1020, Rick @milw156, Nate @altohorn25. Mike Skibbe @Sokramiketes escaped this photo for lunch.

I'd up-vote this if I could.  Feel free to post HO photos too!

I would have loved a dozen close ups of @MRLX1020 's ICG locos. Just sayin.

But seriously well done.

I am so sorry, Philip! I thought I had taken several, plus those of another N scale modeler displaying more great ICG models next to Justin. They were rockin'! (This being the heart of ICG country, etc., etc.)

But on getting home and dumping the phone to the computer they were nowhere to be found. Brain fart... or something... I dunno... maybe just being too tired from this much of an outing after last week's med dealings. Kicking myself here, regardless.

Sadly, two-hour drive to the convention center, plus it's a bring your stuff for show-and-tell kind of event, so near-certainty of not being there tomorrow. :(

... Feel free to post HO photos too!

I wouldn't know where to start! Rows and rows and rows of mind-blowing modeling. Putting on the N blinders made it challenging enough! :scared:

We have part of the Modutrak layout here.  I'm including some photos of some of the other n scale equipment that I brought to display as well. I'll be happy to oblige the photo request when I get home later.  Chad Cowan was the modeller next to me, and I need to hit him up to join this page as well.

Thanks for the great photos, Mike!

Sorry I missed the photo on Friday. I wasn't planning on making the meet but my schedule opened up and I drove down on Saturday. Got up at 3:40am and left my house at 4:15am. Got to run trains on the layout and see all the great models. Fun day but was exhausted when I got back home !

Glad you could make it, Bill, and sorry to have missed you. You're definitely a better man than I for getting up and out at zero-dark-hundred and making the haul down I-55. At least you have today to recover!

It was a good event for us since it successfully demonstrated to Robyn that it's "not your typical train show" she has become accustomed to with our N-Trak club. So maybe I can press my luck here and interest her in the trip to Lisle this fall. :D
