CB&Q PB20 and PB21 (years ago, folks I was conversing with about this were quite convinced MT was modeling a CB&Q prototype, but I never saw Joe post anything one way or the other). To my eye, looks like a shorter window than the N&W).

From earlier research, I recall that the biggest difference I noticed other than window height was number of windows varying from 18 to 22 among various roads, and that some were quite symmetrical, and others not (divided coaches with an offset window, or cars with lounges or large restrooms at one end, that sort of thing).
I would most like to have the Erie or L&N prototype, but I would probably be happy with any that are similar. Comparing to the N&W originally posted, the windows of all of these look shorter. The wide area above the windows (strictly speaking, it isn't all letterboard on some cars), makes me wonder if Bachmann measured a single window coach to get dimensions for their pseudo P70.
