Too much time playing with toys and not enough time running the railroad. Reminiscent of what Fred Green did once Ackman started agitating for change... didn't work.

Green had actually started to implement changes at CP, I don't think Squires has reached that level yet.  Ackman doesn't control any NS shares like he does for CP for the proxy fight will be even messier this time around.  I believe the NS shareholders meeting is to be held in late March, will need to nuke some popcorn in the microwave.
