I haven't seen any.

However, you can buy Brigg's models version at http://www.central-hobbies.com/products/briggsmodels.html#Lococ

You need the Atlas C-630/628 truck parts to complete it.

   You do mean DOFASCO trucks,rite ?
  Dofasco made much more than the Hi-AD  3 Axle trucks
  and ZWT 2 axle trucks for MLW.
   have seen EMD Blomberg trucks under Amtrak F40s with
  the Dofasco signature on them
  they also made 3 Axle HTC trucks for GMDD.
  Dofasco was a major supplier of Passenger and Freight
  trucks in Canada over the years.
