kato analog sound system?

any information, on the new kato analog sound system? understand it may be available end of this year!looks interesting for the folks that did not invest in dcc, this may be the of interest for small layouts (mine included) that just need a little more realism in there layouts.  thanks , gpr 45.

I, too, am interested in this for my small DC layout. After the initial "announcement?" I have not seen any updates or further information.
