This isn't the O Scale 3 Rail Forum.

That Yale trailer is the best looking component of the entire release.  Which is why I'm for three or four.

Yeah, Yale and M&M always seem to get a large portion of models. never understood that as both companies are pretty small. M&M is still around in Worcester, Mass.
There's a shyness found in reason
Apprehensive influence swallow away
You seem to feel abysmal take it
Then you're careful grace for sure
Kinda like the way you're breathing
Kinda like the way you keep looking away

Something I learned this week from the MSTL Yahoo group is that if you're so inclined, you may want to try and confirm with a photo that a trailer was actually used in TOFC service.

This was brought about buy this Athearn car.

A totally prototypical M&STL trailer scheme but not used for TOFC.     It was for LCL freight in MN.

Yeah, but how many Yale trailers have been close to prototypical?

I don't know about M&M.  But Yale was a huge carrier between Boston and New York in the middle of the 20th century, and was a major (if not the largest) customer for New Haven TOFC service.  More often than not, a photo of a New Haven TOFC consist has at least one Yale trailer in it.  The latest example is in the May issue of RMC, which featured a New Haven TOFC flatcar kitbash from the InterMountain AAR 53' model.
