For those with coal or metal processing operations portrayed on your layouts... look at this as a possible "shipper" to your mine or mill. Would be sending gons for the most part with track component loads that you can fashion and maybe do lift-outs for loads in/ empties back.
And for those staging their layouts in WV coal fields, it's another industry utilizing different equipment in and out. St. Albans is just west of Charleston, served by CSX. In prior years, that was a C&O point. Don't know when this industry was established.
