As I mentioned in another thread, Unit 6963 was parked in the Montview Yard in Lynchburg, VA yesterday afternoon.  It was hard to see all of the details due to where it was parked but it definitely is unique.

I really like what NS does with all these special paint schemes.

But I also really wish they'd hire a new designer. A lot of them just seem kinda "off".
