Got a modern reefer question for you.

Got a chance to get one of BLMA's Trinity 64 Foot Modern Reefers for a decent price.I only need one for the Onandaga Sub.My question is if anybody knows, would a car with CEFX reporting marks make it into West Michigan? May seem like a dumb question but I don't want to use it if it would not ever come here.
