C&O alive and well in Eastern Washington of all places...

This unit just showed up as power intended to operate on the Washington and Idaho Rwy.  I'm unsure of it's current running condition, so far.
Ron Bearden and Lee Weldon will appreciate this most.

I wonder where the heck that thing has been in storage.  This needs an Ed's Law rule committee determination me thinks!

I wonder where the heck that thing has been in storage.

Was thinking the exact same thing, so I Googled it. C&O 7311 has been hiding in Malden, Indiana, stored outdoors.

IIRC, the trucks came off RSD-4/5's.
