Zimo Sound Decoders CV #300 Procedures

I have a few N scale locos equipped with Zimo sound decoders, which I like a lot. When I installed them (all a few years back), I remember pouring thru the manual page by page in an effort to understand how to program these very advanced and seemingly-complicated decoders. One programming feature includes the "CV#300 Procedures", which I finally figured out how to do back then after a lot of staring at the manual with a completely lost feeling. But, I eventually got it and successfully used the procedure. Now, after a few years have passed, I'm trying to figure out how to do it all over and have that lost feeling again as I stare at the manual hoping something eventually clicks. I think I sort of get it but can't find anywhere how to, say, change the horn selection. What do I enter as a value in CV#300 to get to the horns? Nowhere in the manual, that I can see, does it give you a CV entry for horns.
