HO scale airport

I'm sure a number of you have seen this before, for those that haven't hang in there to the very end, you'll be impressed.  The Europeans just seem to be so much further ahead in their modelling projects:

I got it from this link and "a$$ u me'd" that the link was accurate; I'm trying to find out if this is N scale now.  How is it possible that a reference on the internet is wrong....lol.  Now that I've researched it, yes it is HO.  I'll see how many of my model railroad buddies are alert to the fact I sent them the wrong scale.

Miniature Wonderland in Hamburg - absolutely amazing and in fact part of the layout is North American...

HO though!  Be advised this is not a club, but a business, with something like a 100 person staff building
models, doing fairly sophisticated engineering and maintaining the thing.

It puts Northlandz to shame, actually, indeed it shows a better and more realistic view of US railroads than
Northlandz - with it's toothpick farms and physically impossible bridges can do.

I've watched the blogs they have on their site and even though I can't understand German, those guys do some seriously kick a$$ work. The engineering going into the airport is really well thought out. It's interesting to note that they don't try for everything to scale (airplane wheels come to mind) but the overall impression is great, so you really don't notice stuff like that. The space shuttle and flying bee are something that a serious modeler would have cow about, but the humor shows.
