Walthers modulars brick, how good is it?

How close to scale is the Walthers brick on these structures?
I'm pretty much a "scale hound" and I have never seen it in person.
My "gold standard" is Monster Models brick sheet.

Well, since older bricks varied in size and shape, what dimensions are you looking for?  They look fine to me, but I've never measured them.
