I understand that some folks are upset that Atlas currently isn't releasing new N motive power every six months.  But to say they are releasing nothing is simply not accurate.  New paint schemes on existing tooling count - each one costs quite a few thousand to do, and it helps pay down the tooling costs so that new tooling can be released.

There is new stuff coming, and when it comes to market maybe the Atlas bashing will subside a noticeable amount.  Jeez, be patient.  It's not as if nothing is coming out of Hillside at all, or out of the manufacturing collective at large.  There's more new N tooling released annually now than ever before, and that is an undeniable fact.  Aside from the economy putting an admittedly hefty crimp on disposable income, this a great time to be modeling in N scale.

Doesn't use of facts in an argument violate internet forum protocol? Rumors, lies, thoughts that pop into your head, yes. But facts? Seems kind of controversial.

Nano LED and, in the stamped details section, one of dishes or cones. http://www.ngineering.com/lightng.htm

Great suggestion Bryan.  Thanks! I'll need some of those red LEDs too:
