B&O 70 ton offset hoppers

i need about two dozen of these:



come on Bowser...  these were used for unit trains that traveled the Central States Dispatch route (B&O/WM/RDG/CNJ/L&HR/N&H)

They also traveled on the B&O to Combo and onto the PRR which ran solid B&O hopper trains to Shippensburg, PA and then traveled on the Reading from there to Harrisburg using PRR engines and crews.  I know because the first engine I ever remember getting in the cab was an emply B&O heading back to Combo Yard stopped at Pennroad Tower and the engineer let me and some friends into the cab.  A-B-B-A set of F units.  Wish I has wrote the numbers down.  Engineer actually let us run forward and back about 50 yards blowing the horn the whole time.

Here is what you need to look for:

They have done two runs of 10 numbers each in the Billboard Scheme. The most recent run is the 13 Great States scheme. The Billboards are good for late 50's on, 13 states earlier. We may have a set or two of the Billboard and some of the 13 states runs left hiding at the shop I work at.

MDC also did them but they are hard to find. There were 6 numbers available in that batch.
