Well, you know, I've been re-framing part of the garage this week... Hmmm, 19 x 19, clear span...
Of course, it also features running water (a leaky roof) flow through ventilation (numerous openings in the walls) and can be certified as a wildlife sanctuary (squirrels, cats, and the usual spiders and so forth...)

Unfortunately, the Lurgan line isn't in the cards, unless I can unload this old barn and buy a nice rancher with a 65' basement for about $150K...
