wheel size covered hoppers?

I have Intermountain 3 bay and 4 bay covered hoppers that require wheel upgrades.
Are 33" or 36" wheels prototypically correct? 
If you have a document that you can identify that would be good too.

Most if not all modern covered hoppers would have 36" wheels.

IIRC, any car rated for 100t (or close to that) will have 36" wheels.  If your looking for covered hopper info, you need to find an end shot and it could be stenciled there.

It's very blurry, but you can make out where it says 36" steel wheels:

AAR (FRA now?) mandated 36" wheels on 100T cars. This goes way back.
