Neat, I'm gonna have to snag me a car or two, just for the loads...

BTW, do you do loads for the Athearn 70' (70' I think) gons?

Good news for you buyers of things off the rack... as for me, I'll roll my own.  For the price of two of those loads, I'll have enough air conditioner filter and black sand to load a 20 car train...

Of course, it will cost me 90 minutes of my life, but my wife will confirm, that ain't worth much either!!

Back when I was first in the hobby and thinking HO was so much preferable over Lionel 027.  This is my preconversion life of which I speak.  Anyway, my layout and the guys down the street were almost identical.  We both had a 4 X 8 sheet of plywood with an oval of track, three turnouts and practically the same shake the box buildings.  Hardly anything was unique.  When I got into N gauge I decided I would forsake the "sameness" of store bought as much as possible.  So I do my own loads.  I have a string of 40 PRR hoppers that I run at Ntrak setups and one of the frequent comments is that the loads are all different.  So people do notice.

Ed,
Yes we make a bunch of different loads for that car. Please see our www.nscaleloads.com website for a complete listing of loads for that car. IIRC the car is a 65 footer.

I have some of the glass cullet loads (different colors) and they make a distinct load on the PRR  hoppers.  Now need to do a brewery or softdrink to go along with them.
