Help - remembering a product name / maufacturer

CRS has struck again ....

Trying to remember the name or manufacturer of a product that I have used in the past but can't.

It was removable glue I used to affix people and other small objects to the layout. A white liquid that turned clear when dry.  Very much like the stuff sometimes used to attach objects like a new credit card to the deliver to letter.

Anyone remember what I am talking about ??

Thx

In the trade we jokingly referred to it as "elephant snot". But unfortunately I, too, share your CRS and can't for the life of me remember what it was. Would a browse down the adhesives aisle at a Michael's jog your (our) memory?

Is it Woodland Scenics Hob-e-tac? You can also use Aleene's Tack-It over & over..

I have a 2 fluid ounce bottle of Movable Miniatures Glue (TM) that I purchased at the NMRA/N West Convention in Long Beach, CA in 1996.  Most of the lettering on the bottle is gone, but a portion that is still readable states: "For model railroad figures"

Perhaps it is repackaged Tack-It, but maybe some modelers from southern California might remember who sold or made Movable Miniatures Glue.

Museum wax.  It doesn't stain easy to remove also known as quake hold.

Another great idea

Hi all  First post here so I hope I'm doing this right.  Sounds like your describing Microscale Micro Liquitape.  It's what I've been using for a couple of years now for exactly what your doing.  Hope this helps.

If not Liquitape, the MicroScale Micro Kristal Klear might be what you are thinking of.  Although I generally use either Alene's Tacky Glue, or the previously mentioned Alene's Tack-it, since those are available at my local Walmart, and a big bottle costs less than those 1 oz Microscale bottles.
