Note that there were no bids.

Yup, that's pretty common on there, and it'll sit there at that price until someone buys it. The 'eventually someone will be desperate enough' business model has never appealed to me. I've been buying up Kato straight SD40's with the DCC friendly chassis and marvel at some listed at $150, $175 or thereabouts... good luck. Some at that price have a decoder but most don't.

True, but it was relisted and will be relisted, relisted, relisted, relisted, relisted, relisted, relisted, relisted, relisted, relisted, relisted, relisted, relisted, relisted, relisted, relisted, relisted, relisted, relisted, relisted, relisted, relisted, relisted, relisted, relisted, relisted, relisted, relisted, relisted, relisted, relisted, relisted, relisted, until some needy person buys it, or until the seller gets tired of listing it.  With the current eBay fee structure, this is a typical MO for those unscrupulous sellers looking to make profit.

I don't understand the hate for Trainworx. I too have about $800 worth of trucks on backorder that I've been waiting for. I'm guessing the trucks aren't sitting in a warehouse while Pat laughs at the silly and inpatient N scalers, watching the high prices his products go for while plotting his next world domination move. He's probably just as anxious to get them made and delivered as we are so he can continue his business and feed his family. And yes, they're usually limited,  but aren't all our models these days? When this last truck came out, I got an email with the info,  and I clicked on the link and bought one. It really was that easy. He explains how you can get on that list on the email someone posted earlier.

I have a total of 25 DCC friendly cores... but only six are recent purchases. I had six CP Rail, eight ACR, four undecorated, and one GN SD45. The shells will be surplus I imagine.
