I have dealt with BLI parts dept. multiple times and was always successful. But I don't like the external website they use for parts orders - it doesn't work for me. I have been contacting them via email (stating that their parts ordering website does not work for me), and they always got back to me. Try partsorders

Bit as it has been mentioned, maybe companies have a shutdown between Christmas and New Year. They might just be closed, although it woudl be helpful if that was the case if the stated that somewhere where customers would see the notice.
I just tried to call Kato USA today but nobody picked up the phone. I suspect they are also off for the holidays.
