EJ&E Flatcar

I have been trying to find out who made an N scale EJ&E flatcar.  I recall someone here compiled a comprehensive listing of freight cars but I can't seem to find it.  A search of my usual places turns up nothing.  I grew up 10 miles east of Elgin, IL on the Milwaukee Road.  Elgin had the factory that made Elgin streetsweepers and the commuter train went by the Elgin Watch Company factory.

Any help is appreciated.
Best regards,

Roger

I have a mind like a steel trap...a VERY rusty, old steel trap.
