I approve.  I think the blend could be better, but, otherwise, I appreciate the nose being CSXT and the heritage scheme on the long hood.  I think a hard line in the paint would have been better than the fade, but it is what it is.  At first glance, it appears that they got the SBD logo and font correct, unlike the Chessie System lettering that looks too small on that heritage unit.

I'm with you.  I like the concept of keeping the cab CSX, but there's something missing between the two schemes.  Maybe even just a hard line and a white separator.  The Chessie one needs a separator even more.

Yellow line separator to match the trim.

This... ^^^

Seaboard looks good except they need to transition the frame/walkway.. All CSX color (Seaboard) is OK but All heritage color (Chessie) looks odd..

No, no, no.  That doesn't help either.  Need to find a way to stretch the fade out a little bit, not so abrupt.

Or just paint the whole damn thing in heritage scheme  :RUEffinKiddingMe:

Admittedly, Seaboard System was before my time, but was the yellow "s" in the logo really that lemon-crème colored? It seemed to be more orangish-yellow to me.

At least the logo is the right size...

I think I figured it out.  Their reference photo was from the '90s!  By then, the yellow had faded to a pastel color.

Found a better photo of it
