Given the cost of shipping now a days, especially with Hazmat designation, would it still be worth it to send the split jars to 8-10 people.  Unless they live close to each other or the bottles can be taken to a train show for distribution.

I think that was the only model where they touted about the Tru-Color match.  I guess it didn't work out.



I think they do it on others... The only problem is.. with Freight Cars... what color are you matching to?

LOL! Good question. The only Scale Trains items I own are those UP turbines.  Does the freight car packaging also mention the Tru-Color matching?  If it does, then it shouldn't be too difficult for Scale Trains to actually add the identification of the color they used for that particular model.
