IM SD40-2

Hi, I purchased my first two N scale SD40-2's with DCC. I would like to add sound to them sometime...What speaker can I purchase that will work in these engines. It does have the hole in the fuel tank for a speaker. Does IM have them for sale? I can't find any info on their site...Any help would be great, Jim

What size is the hole?  Any cell-phone speaker that fits should be OK.  Also, be sure to have a good enclosure.

Jim,
You can get a 16 x 9mm or a 12 x 8mm in their fuel tanks.
Including making your own styrene enclosure.

Next very electronic savve ...Does anyone have a good speaker to use ? Name brand and part number? Looked in the Digikey catalog  looking for 9X16 Soberton speaker, but I don't know which one...help!
