3/64" ID x 10' shrink wrap tubing source in 10 colors and clear

Ngineering used to sell only black I bought some there years ago.  This stuff shrinks to 0.02" ID.

For a work project I stumbled across this place.  at $4.00 per 10 foot section, and every DCC color available, you would have a lifetime supply for color coded decoder installs.

Or just buy the black or clear.

If you need a "local" source and you have one nearby, Micro Center had a surprisingly large supply of the stuff in different sizes and colors. I was pleasantly surprised.

That place is a treasure.

It's sometimes not about colors, but about the size. 

TBH, I never had a full range of colors in HS tubing in my workshop.   The wire insulation is already colored - I usually use black or clear.  But whatever floats you shrinking boat . . .
