To answer the question about making the CDs available as a download  - The files are too large to download. I have considered this before and a number of you have asked, but they are simply just way too large. Thank you for your suggestions. We always appreciate your input.

That seems a but odd considering how cheap and plentiful Web storage space is, and how fast the Internet connections are.  I looked bunch om PDF files on my N-Scale Mag. CDs and single issues average between 18 and 30 MB each. There was an odd issue or two that were around 50 MB, but those were exception.

Even at 50MB Microsoft Windows updates (or browser or other computer apps) that get uploaded to people's computers are usually that size or much bigger, the YouTube videos we watch (or programs many stream online) are usually *way* larger than 50 MB.  So what exactly is the limitation?

At the NPRHA, we have started to give thumb drives loaded with tons of photos, drawings, plans, calendars and so on as part of a package called “The Vista Dome Package” that also comes with a 4 year membership to the NPRHA.

I know high capacity USB thumb drives have come way down in cost.
They’re actually quite affordable and an easier method for storage and use because USB drives are still on machines while CD drives are vanishing.
