:)  March of 1982, I was visiting relatives west of Chickasha, Oklahoma and only had my Kodak 110 film pocket camera with me, but a photo is better than no picture at all.  Anyway, I heard a train horn on the former Rock Island branch line and saw an Alco approaching!  This is NCOK number 2873 acquired from Norfolk and Western (was also their number 2873, so not renumbered).  When built it was Nickel Plate number 873.  This is one of the forty RS-36 diesel locomotives built by Alco during 1962 and 1963.
