Try to answer the reply’s since my last reply- Both e-mails were sent to a specific address for each manufactures. Only one is a manufacture, the other is USA sales outlet. Both places are not one man shows, I know that for a fact. Got caught up in a spam filter? I really don’t know, but in the past my e-mails were receive and I received the data I was looking for. Has for my e-mail getting lost/stuck in spam making it a desirable outcome, I am unsure . My message was this- Almost every business that I talk to states, that sales are slow or down, business is bad and we don’t know how much longer we can keep ,the doors open.
It like me selling a product and only keeping one on the shelf. Some one asks, why don’t you have this idem? I reply well it is a slow mover- how is a product going to move if it’s not the shelf.  You really don’t know how many sales were missed because it was not there.
What I am saying if you put 20 items on the shelf/ they are all sold-so you put 20 more up/they sell too. Would you have sold 39 if there had been 40?  I guess I better shut up- WTHDIK

Would you consider it being "unlikely that your request will not get lost somewhere" as a desirable outcome?

LOL, oops.

Jerry, you probably started this thread to blow off steam (rant), and all of us have been trying to help out by presenting alternative ways contact the manufacturer, and to possibly present explanations for no replies to your inquiries.  Now you seem disappointed or mad at us.  What did you expect us to do?  Chime in and say that yes, we all have the same problem communicating with that DCC manufacturer, and agree with you that the vendor's customer support or sales team suck?  And you still seem to keep on ranting.  :|

I also think that at this point it is pretty damn clear that the vendor is ESU (or less likely ZIMO).

Lastly, this thread would really fit better in the Crew Lounge (not in N/Z scale).  :RUEffinKiddingMe:

The person who is supposed to reply might be on a ventilator. We don’t know. But for sure, everything is taking longer these days. I don’t think a week is a long time to wait. Send a follow up email saying you hope everyone is ok, and politely stating that you are still awaiting a response.

Everyone is stressed out...  but there is no such thing as model train emergency.

Craig.

Unless you’ve superglued your lips together... again.

Just mentioned this for a friend.

I superglued my finger to a boxcar kit once.  The finger was fine.  The boxcar not so much.

I'm sorry Dave, I'm afraid I can't do that.
